Although the base of this website was built by another company the functionality that was needed was not yet available. The first task was creating a trade customer login along with trade prices. Along with this we needed a way to see which customers had paid, had order shipped, Christmas club order and more. The solution was custom payment classes as seen in the images below.
An invoicing system was then added to the website to allow the admin staff to keep a record of the frame numbers incase of an future issues. The implementation of these features allowed the company to move away from a paper based invoicing and record system and move to a centralised record system, reducing the time it takes to preform most admin tasks that are sales related.
