NIS Contracts are a building contractor who specialise in interior finishing and the placement/finishing of modular homes. Aside from the stipulation of the Black and Gold colour scheme to be used the modular homes became the idea the logo was to be based around.
As modular homes come in several pre fabricated parts the idea came to have a completed house with the extra pieces off the side to give the feeling of building up. Examples were also produced of what the company workwear could look like and a mockup of his van.
